Frederik Van den Stock

Humour is an important element in the work of Frederik Van den Stock (b. 1986). After graduating from Luca School of Arts in Brussels, he worked as a cartoonist for Knack magazine for many years, and also contributed illustrations to The New York Times, Apple and the city of Antwerp. In recent years he has made several short comics and in 2019 he published Buck, a graphic novel about the first man on earth. Van den Stock lives in Antwerp and enjoys birdwatching.
