Erica Moore

Erica Moore translates feature writing and narrative nonfiction. She works to convey the subtleties of each author’s voice in lively, compelling prose, and has an affinity for cleareyed truthtellers and quirky observers.

Recent books include Rutger Bregman’s latest, 'Moral Ambition', out in spring 2025 (Bloomsbury and Little, Brown), Humankind: A Hopeful History, also by Rutger Bregman (Bloomsbury and Little, Brown), and 'Grip' by Rick Pastoor (HarperCollins) with Elizabeth Manton. Erica has translated pieces by Lex Boon, Lynn Berger, Sinan Çankaya, Hiske Versprille, and many other young Dutch writers, and edited essays by Stephen Satterfield, Charles C. Mann, Carolyn Steel, Bee Wilson, Bill McKibben, and Sarah Kendzior. 

Erica hails from Austin, Texas and now lives in Amsterdam.
