Bob Van Laerhoven

Bob Van Laerhoven (b. 1953) is a globetrotter, a (war) journalist and the author of many books. He is best known for his thrillers, but he also writes novels, travel literature, plays, science fiction, young adult books and non-fiction.  Much of his work is based on his extensive travels. His oeuvre is characterised by an ‘un-Flemish’ style: he writes vivid, kaleidoscopic novels in which the individual’s fate is inextricably linked with developments in society at large.
