Chris Ceustermans
In a previous life, Chris Ceustermans (b. 1969) was a journalist for publications including newspaper De Morgen, but later he focused more on writing fiction and nonfiction. His much-discussed biography ‘Writing in the Grey Zone’, about author JMH Berckmans, was nominated for the Dutch biography prize and was later followed by the life story of man of letters Emmanuel De Bom. His novel ‘The Bookseller’, published by Manteau, was nominated for the Bronze Owl.
