Christophe Van Gerrewey

Christophe Van Gerrewey (b. 1982) writes short stories, novels, essays and reviews on topics including literature, visual arts, theatre and architecture. He has made a name for himself in magazines as a wayward and versatile essayist and storyteller. Since his debut ‘Up To Date’ was awarded various prizes, among them the European Union Prize for Literature, he has enjoyed a robust reputation as a novelist. With sober style, Van Gerrewey is an author who respects tradition, while also bringing something new to it. He currently works as a professor of architecture theory in Switzerland.
