Serge Baeken

Serge Baeken (b. 1967) is a ‘graphic mercenary’, carrying out commissions for newspapers, magazines and organisations at home and abroad. The Dutch publishing house Xtra yearly compiles a selection of his output of illustrations, paintings, postcards, record sleeves, book covers, posters, logos, costumes, flyers, T-shirts, wall paintings, soft tattoos, pop festival stages, erotica, portraits, sketches and cartoons in a 400 page book. He has received the European Newspaper Award of Excellence countless times.
