Lise Bøgh-Sørensen

Lise Bøgh-Sørensen (b. 1960) has been translating works of fiction and nonfiction from Dutch into Danish for over fifteen years. She studied Scandinavian language and literature in Amsterdam. Her literary translations include ‘Kneeling on a Bed of Violets’ by Jan Siebelinck, The Angel Maker by Stefan Brijs, ‘Baltic Souls’ by Jan Brokken and 'And the Field Is the World’ by Dola de Jong. She also translates children's literature, including Don't Go to Canada by Evelien de Vlieger.
