Olga Bondarenko

Olga Bondarenko is a polyglot: she is fluent in seven languages and improves her knowledge in six more. She translates literature from Dutch, English, Italian and French.

Having studied international law first at Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, with a minor in translation, then at Leiden University, and immersed in languages since she remembers herself, Olga has found her mission in translating fiction and non-fiction, as well as simultaneous and consecutive interpreting. As a translator from Dutch, she participates in project CELA (Connecting Emerging Literary Artists). Olga has translated 10 books into Ukrainian and edited translation of a book from English into Dutch: ‘Outposted’ (Expat) by Erik Versavel.
