Christiane Burkhardt

Christiane Burkhardt (b. 1966) studied Italian literature, modern German literature and art history. She translates from Dutch, Italian and English into German. Works she has translated include ‘What Remains’ (Wat overblijft), ‘The Scent of Rain’ (De geur van regen) and ‘The Silent Sin’ (De stille zonde) by Lieneke Dijkzuil,  ‘Albrecht en wij' by Lodewijk van Oord and ‘The Hour of the Butterfly’ (Het uur van de vlinder) by Pieter Webeling.
