Franca Fritz

Franca Fritz (b. 1962) studied Dutch and English literature at the universities of Wuppertal and Cologne (Staatsexamen 1992) and then went on to study at the ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen in Utrecht (Bachelor of Communication 2004). Together with Heinrich Koop, her husband and translation partner, she has translated around 300 books from Dutch and English. Her clients are primarily publishing houses, museums and cultural organisations. Her most important translations include works by Harry Mulisch, Chris De Stoop and Nelleke Noordervliet.
