Olga Niziołek

Olga Niziołek (b. 1988) holds a master’s degree in Dutch Language and Culture and has been working as a translator since 2012. Her main fields of interests as a translator are prose (especially speculative fiction) and modern poetry.

Among others she has translated a literary thriller ‘Penoza’ and a number of short stories, such as ‘The Day the World Turned Upside Down’ (De vis in de fles) by Thomas Olde Heuvelt and ‘St. Lucy's Home for Girls Raised by Wolves’ by Karen Russell (from English).  Her translations from Dutch and English have won awards in translation contests.
