Dirk De Wachter

Dirk De Wachter (b. 1960) is a psychiatrist and therapist. He is the head of system and family therapies at the Psychiatric Centre of the Catholic University of Louvain, Campus Kortenberg. He also supervises and teaches family therapy in different centres at home and abroad. In 2012, he published his first book for a large audience, Borderline Times. This book was in the bestseller list for 47 weeks, of which 6 weeks on number one in the category ‘Informative Nonfiction’.
