Lotte Hammond

Lotte Hammond (b. 1982) studied Dutch language and literature in Vienna and Groningen, as well as Spanish Adolescence Education in Cortland, New York. Her thesis focused on the influence of William Faulkner on Hugo Claus, and she has published several articles about postcolonial Dutch literature. Having worked as a researcher and German, Dutch, and Spanish language teacher for several years, she began translating full-time in 2018. She translates from Dutch, English and Spanish into German.
