Jacques & Lise

The creative duo Jacques & Lise is made up of Jacques Maes (b. 1984) and Lise Braekers (b. 1987), two freelance graphic designers who are crazy about vintage. Their nostalgic finds form the inspiration and basis for their work, which they hope will instill a sense of wonder in their audience. Since 2010 they have been working together on graphic projects characterised by visual playfulness. In 2018, they won the Grand Award for best illustrators of the year at the Global Illustration Awards.
